Legal information
Terms of use.
The rules of the game, short and clear.
Here is what using the Prodaja sajtova platform means — how listing, buying and selling established websites works, and where our responsibility ends and yours begins.
Terms of use
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the Serbian version is legally binding.
These terms of use govern the use of the Prodaja sajtova website. By using the website you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. For information about how personal data is processed, see our Privacy policy.
1. Who runs the website
Prodaja sajtova is a platform run by the Izrada sajtova RS agency, based in Belgrade, dedicated to buying and selling established, already live websites. Contact: [email protected], +381 61 147 65 14.
2. What Prodaja sajtova is, and what it is not
The website serves as a listings platform and intermediary for buying and selling established websites. Part of the listings are projects we built ourselves, and part are websites their owners have entrusted to us. For websites owned by third parties, Prodaja sajtova is not a party to the sale contract itself — we make the agreement and the presentation of the offer easier, while the final contract and its performance are a matter of agreement between the buyer and the seller.
3. Who can use the website
The website can be used by adults and by legal entities looking for an established website to buy or wishing to offer their own website for sale. By using the forms and a user account, you confirm that the information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You are responsible for your account: keep your password safe and let us know if you notice that someone else has accessed your account.
4. Listing a website for sale
If you want to offer your website, you send an application through the form on the “Sell your website” page or through your account, where you also confirm ownership of the website. Listing a website is free, and there are no extra costs for sellers. We reserve the right to refuse or remove a listing if the website is not live, if it contains illegal or offensive content, or if we suspect that the information provided is not accurate. By placing a listing you guarantee that you are entitled to sell the website you are offering and that the information given — price, content, ownership — is accurate.
5. Prices and purchase agreements
The prices of the websites on offer are set by their owners — by us for our projects, by sellers for theirs — and may change without prior notice. Each purchase is agreed separately, directly with us or with the website’s owner. The final terms of purchase, payment method and handover of access are not part of these terms of use, but of a separate agreement between the parties involved.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the Prodaja sajtova website — texts, design and logo — is the property of the Prodaja sajtova platform and may not be copied or used without permission. This does not apply to the websites shown in the listings, whose intellectual property rights remain with their owners until the moment of sale.
7. Limitation of liability
We do our best to review every website on offer personally before it is published, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of all claims provided by sellers, such as traffic or revenue data. Prodaja sajtova is not liable for damage arising from buying a website from a third-party owner, nor for the temporary unavailability of the website due to technical maintenance or force majeure.
8. External links
The website may contain links to the websites on offer or to external pages, such as the Izrada sajtova RS agency. We are not responsible for the content or operation of websites we do not run.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms from time to time, for example when we add a new feature to the website. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page, and the date of the last change is always shown at the bottom.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade.
